Jordan’s Natural Acres Farm

YEAR-ROUND VENDOR

A fourth generation family farm on Gaspereau Mountain, raising grass-fed beef, free-range pork, pastured chicken and free-range eggs. Ethically raised and provided for you by someone who really cares for the animals. Meat is packaged and fresh frozen, ready for you to pick up and take home. They serve the best sausage on a bun and burgers in town! Chili is also available during the winter season when we all need a good warm-up.

Milkvale Farms is located in Berwick at the foot of the North Mountain. Featuring fresh heritage fruit and vegetables in season as well as pickles and jams made right on the farm. Fresh baked goods featuring traditional Nova Scotia recipes. Christmas wreaths available in season.

One of my favourite things about cooking and baking is the science behind it. I am fascinated by how different ingredients interact with each other and how small changes can really have a huge effect on the final outcome.
When it comes to bread making, I enjoy tinkering with all kinds of bread – from classic sourdough, brioches or biscuits. I believe that fresh bread is an essential part of any meal, and I take pride in creating unique and delicious bread for my customers.
